Key Requirements
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Have a strong understanding of Health & Safety, Control of Infection, and Moving and Handling policies.
  • Be able to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team to achieve shared goals and objectives.

The ideal candidate will have a keen interest in developing their skills and knowledge, with a desire to make a positive contribution to the delivery of patient care. They should also be able to demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.

This role offers a salary range of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits such as access to training and development opportunities, flexible working arrangements, and a comprehensive employee support programme.
