Job Summary:

We are seeking an Apprentice Building/Quantity Surveyor to join our team. As a key member of our project team, you will assist in managing all financial aspects of our bespoke residential projects, including cost estimation, budget management, and contract administration.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparing detailed financial reports and managing subcontractor accounts
  • Work closely with project teams to ensure timely and budget-friendly delivery of luxury builds
  • Prepare and manage variations and final accounts
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Contribute to the development of project budgets and financial plans

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor or in a related field
  • Strong analytical and commercial skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
