About the Role

Vinci Facilities, a leading Facilities Management business, is seeking a highly skilled Building Surveyor to join our Commercial Team on a new PFI contract with Lincolnshire County Council.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the commercial and financial aspects of assigned projects/regions, ensuring efficient and professional management.
  • Ensure timely and accurate submission of contract commercial deliverables.
  • Contribute to maximizing business growth and development.
  • Execute commercial activities to meet or exceed objectives.
  • Provide clear and accurate data for reporting commercial performance.
Job Details
  • Develop cost options for projects as required.
  • Prepare and send out tender/quotation packages in accordance with the tender strategy.
  • Advise on the selection of the supply chain for a project.
  • Ensure the selected supply chain meets company procedures and contract strategy.
  • Ensure supply chain tenders/quotations are robustly evaluated and meet project requirements.
  • Develop and submit accurate Firm Price submissions, including Risk Register, Tender Analysis, and Tender Report.
  • Monitor Firm Price submissions against Contract KPIs.
  • Liaise with the construction team and submit realistic project programs.
Requirements
  • Strong financial experience background.
  • AAT qualified or a relevant QS degree.
