Job Description:

Orbital Recruitment is seeking a reliable and experienced Class 2 (Cat C) driver to join our team on a temporary ongoing basis. As a Class 2 driver, you will be responsible for delivering pre-cast cement lintels and products to building sites and builders merchants across the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver pre-cast cement lintels and products to building sites and builders merchants across the UK
  • Operate a flat bed truck with strapping required
  • Work a variety of shift lengths, typically 10-12 hours
  • Complete induction training, including a site tour, licence check, and learning all paperwork and processes
  • Meet the minimum experience and qualification requirements

Requirements:

  • Class 2 (Cat C) licence
  • Minimum 1 year experience on British roads
  • Digital Tacho Card
  • Driver CPC Card
  • No more than 6 points for minor motoring offences

Pay and Benefits:

  • Pay rate: £17.00 per hour (LTD/Umbrella)
  • Free onsite parking

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday operation
  • Start window around 06:00
