We are seeking an experienced Film and TV Operations Expert to join our Film & TV Studios Technical Operations group. This position requires a strong partnership with various functional and technology stakeholders on technology initiatives for our Universal Pictures International (UPI) business.
The ideal candidate will manage and support UPI teams leveraging their functional and technology expertise in project management, software development lifecycle, and general business application support. They will also work across our Operations and Technology teams that support business and technology areas, partnering with Product, Engineering, and Cyber teams.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and facilitate technology requests for supported business groups across UPI.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and technology partners for product feature roadmap planning, analysis, requirements, and prioritisation.
- Partner and collaborate across Enterprise teams on implementing technical solutions to support our film business.
- Manage 3rd party solution providers to ensure platforms meet UPI business needs.
- Manage projects across UPI, including implementing and/or developing new solutions or supporting existing systems.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in project or program management.
- Minimum 8 years of experience developing technology solutions addressing business needs, applying software disciplines, with a strong understanding of software development.
Estimated Salary: $160,000 - $220,000 per annum
