As a key member of our TechOps team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our network infrastructure to ensure seamless connectivity and optimal performance. You will work closely with our internal teams to identify and resolve network-related issues, and collaborate with our security team to ensure the integrity of our network estate.

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual who can take ownership of our network infrastructure and drive innovation in our IT operations. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Network Design and Implementation: Design and implement high-quality network topology diagrams, ensuring clarity and precision in design.
  • Network Security: Collaborate with our security team to ensure the integrity of our network estate, neutralizing vulnerabilities and improving system and service performances.
  • Cloud Networking: Strong familiarity with Azure Networking, including Firewalls, Network Security Groups (NSGs), and Virtual Networks (VNETs).
  • Team Collaboration: Thrive in a collaborative team environment, contributing to the success of our IT operations and driving innovation in our network infrastructure.
  • Adaptability: Agile in approach, ready to pivot direction as needed and explore new opportunities in a fast-paced environment.

About You:

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual with a strong background in network infrastructure and Cisco technology. Your key qualifications will include:

  • Cisco Network Expertise: Demonstrated experience in a networked environment working with Cisco equipment, ensuring efficient and secure network operations.
  • Understanding of Standards: In-depth knowledge of accreditations and standards such as PCI, EMV, and ISO, and their impact on network security principles.
  • Cloud Networking Experience: Strong familiarity with Azure Networking, including Firewalls, Network Security Groups (NSGs), and Virtual Networks (VNETs).
  • Collaborative Team Player: We value a positive team spirit; we need someone who thrives in collaboration and is eager to contribute wherever needed.

What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary of £40,000 to £60,000, a hybrid working model with onsite presence required due to business-critical systems, and the opportunity to work with a dynamic and collaborative team at DCS Technology.
