Job Title: Consultant Psychiatrist

We are seeking an experienced Consultant Psychiatrist to join our team at Merco Medical Staffing Limited. As a Consultant Psychiatrist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality psychiatric care to patients on our female acute inpatient ward.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide clinical leadership and expertise in general psychiatry
  • Develop and implement treatment plans for patients
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
  • Supervise junior medical staff and provide guidance and support
  • Contribute to clinical governance and service improvement initiatives
Requirements:
  • CCST/CCT (or equivalent) in Psychiatry
  • Consultant-level experience in inpatient and outpatient settings
  • Current license to practice and on the relevant specialist register
  • MRCPsych or equivalent
  • Approved under the MHA 1983 (AC and S12)
