Quality Control Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Quality Control Engineer to join our team at the Manufacturing Technology Centre (MTC). As a Quality Control Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards in our manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement quality control procedures and policies
  • Perform output testing, analysis, and inspection to identify defects and improve quality management systems
  • Create and maintain documentation related to quality control processes and results
  • Provide training to sector staff on quality control procedures and standards
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality standards are met
Requirements:
  • Good working knowledge of Quality Management and the effective adoption of ISO 9001 & AS9100
  • Quality planning and relevant standards
  • Good numeracy skills: confident working with numbers and data
  • Background in civil nuclear/aerospace quality management systems
