We are seeking a highly skilled Executive Culinary Director to lead our culinary team at Klondyke Group's Restaurant. The successful candidate will inspire and motivate their team with a passion for delivering high-quality, freshly cooked dishes.

About the Role

The Executive Culinary Director will be responsible for planning and managing the chef and kitchen team in meal preparation, ensuring the highest food hygiene standards are met. They will develop rotas and holiday schedules to meet service level requirements and collaborate with the Restaurant Manager to achieve exceptional service and sales standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the culinary team in all aspects of food production
  • Ensure cleaning of equipment and working areas meets the highest food hygiene standards
  • Develop and implement effective rotas and holiday schedules
  • Collaborate with the Restaurant Manager to achieve exceptional service and sales standards
Benefits
