Dedicated Support Worker

We are seeking a skilled Care Support Professional to join our dynamic team at My Life Choice in Clacton-on-Sea. As a Support Worker with our company, you will play a vital role in providing person-centred care to vulnerable individuals in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality care to individuals with Learning Disabilities and Autism
- Work collaboratively as part of a supportive team to ensure the best possible outcomes
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with service users and their families
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive team culture
Requirements:
- Experience working with individuals with Learning Disabilities and Autism
- Valid UK driving licence
- Ability to commit to alternate weekend work
- Flexibility to work a 2-week rolling rota with 48 hours in one week and 36 hours in the next
