Food and Beverage Team Leader

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team at DoubleTree by Hilton Glasgow Central. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service and leading our food and beverage operations to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and motivate the food and beverage team to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve sales targets.
- Assist the Food and Beverage Manager in the smooth operation of the department, including staff training and development.
- Ensure that all customer requests and queries are responded to promptly and effectively, and that guest complaints are handled in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Work closely with colleagues to enhance the guest experience and ensure that all standards are consistently met.
- Develop new knowledge and skills to ensure best practice service delivery and stay up-to-date with company standards and procedures.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain a high level of professionalism in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and cash handling.
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
