Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our Interior Fit Out Division at GRAHAM Construction. This role offers the opportunity to work on high-end fit-out projects across the UK, with a focus on delivering exceptional results for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cost Management: Track and forecast project costs, providing transparent and accurate financial reports.
  • Contract Administration: Administer contracts, manage delays, and handle loss and expense claims.
  • Subcontractor Management: Oversee subcontractor performance, addressing any issues swiftly.
  • Delay & Variation Management: Conduct delay analysis, manage variations, and ensure compensation mechanisms are followed.
  • Project Budgeting: Review contracts and procure subcontract packages, ensuring alignment with project requirements.
Requirements
  • Degree or equivalent in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a Senior QS role, ideally within fit-out or construction projects.
  • Strong knowledge of JCT contracts and commercial management.
  • Competence in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Excel).
