**Job Description:
- Develop and implement financial plans and policies to support business growth and profitability
- Lead banking and finance policy initiatives, including relationships with HMRC, banking, audit, and statutory accounts
- Provide financial guidance and advice to the site leadership team
- Assist in establishing and maintaining product-pricing policies
**Required Skills and Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree in Accounting or Finance
- Progressive finance experience, including experience in banking and finance policy
- Knowledge of US GAAP
- Advanced PC skills, including use of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
