**Administrator Support Specialist
Estimated Annual Salary: £37,000 - £42,000, based on a 35-hour working week.
We are seeking an experienced Administrator Support Specialist to join our Client's team in the Redditch area. As a key member of the Business Support team, you will provide critical administrative support to Financial Advisers and clients.
Main Responsibilities:
- To process new and existing business, utilizing the clients back-office system, Intelligent Office (IO), and other software applications.
- To maintain accurate records and ensure compliance procedures are adhered to, minimizing any potential risks.
- To liaise with product providers, clients, and advisers over the phone, via email, or in-person, delivering exceptional levels of customer service.
- To assist in answering queries relating to new and existing clients, responding professionally to develop adviser/client relationships.
**Desirable Skills:**
- Customer service and communication expertise, with a strong focus on building relationships.
- Administrative support experience, with a keen eye for detail.
- Time management and organizational skills, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently.
- Financial services background and familiarity with industry regulations.
