Responsibilities:
  • Manage site operations, including personnel, materials, and equipment

  • Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and develop solutions to mitigate risks
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, quality standards, and environmental policies
  • Develop and implement effective project plans to meet client requirements
  • Collaborate with the finance team to manage project budgets and report on financial performance.


Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Site Manager in the construction industry
  • Strong understanding of construction principles, methods, and materials
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions
  • Valid SMSTS, Asbestos Awareness, and First Aid certifications
