We're looking for a skilled and charismatic Head Bartender to lead our bar team at Hotel Du Vin. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales through your expertise and passion for mixology.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a team of bartenders to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
- Develop and implement new cocktail menus and promotions to drive sales and increase customer engagement
- Maintain high standards of knowledge and expertise in mixology, spirits, and wine
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to create innovative and delicious cocktails that complement our food offerings
- Monitor and control bar stock, waste, and cash handling to ensure maximum profitability
