Roofer Position

Choice Housing Ireland Limited is seeking a skilled Roofer to join our team. As a fully qualified Roofer, you will be responsible for providing an efficient, responsive, and excellent customer-focused service to our customers.

• Deliver high-quality roofing services, including tile and slate pitched roofs, renewal of felt and battens, rainwater goods, hip, valley, and ridge replacement, and repointing.
• Install roof vents and roof lights, and perform flat roof works.
• Work independently and as part of a team to achieve project goals.
• Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless project execution.

• A time-served Roofer with a minimum of 5 years' relevant experience in the minor building and maintenance sector.
• Proven track record of delivering high levels of customer service.
• Able to use a PDA, smartphone, or mobile working device.
• Current valid driving license.
• Reliable and flexible.

• Salary paid fortnightly.
• Death in service benefit.
• 5% employer pension contribution.

• 32 Annual leave days, including statutory holidays, and 3 additional days annual leave after 5 years' service.
