Job Title: Commercial Contracts Procurement Solicitor

We are seeking a talented Procurement & Commercial Contracts Solicitor to join our team at Law Staff Limited. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling a varied caseload of excellent quality work, providing a first-class service to our clients, and having extensive knowledge of commercial contracts.

About the Role:
  • Handle a hugely varied caseload of excellent quality work
  • Provide a first-class service to our clients, including not-for-profit organisations
  • Have extensive, detailed knowledge of commercial contracts pertaining to housing-led regeneration, leisure, energy, and education
  • Enjoy considerable client contact
  • Assist in driving forward the business objectives and overall business development of the firm
About You:
  • Minimum of 3 years' PQE
  • Experience of drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various forms of commercial contracts
  • Strong technical, communication, and time-management skills
  • Strong academic background with a minimum 2:1 degree
