Catering Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Catering Manager to join our team at Exemplar Health Care. As a Catering Manager, you will be responsible for the planning, organization, and delivery of high-quality catering services to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement catering menus that meet the dietary needs and preferences of our residents
  • Manage the catering budget and ensure that all expenses are within budget
  • Supervise and train catering staff to ensure that they are providing excellent service
  • Ensure that all food safety and hygiene standards are met
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in catering management
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
