We are seeking a proactive and goal-oriented Sales Development Representative to join our team at Koestates.

As an ideal candidate, you will possess excellent communication skills, be skilled in direct messaging, and have a confident telephone manner. Your responsibilities will include generating leads, scheduling appointments, and providing customer service support.

The role requires a good understanding of the sales process and excellent communication skills. You will work closely with customers to create and maintain their databases, schedule appointments, make outbound contact to confirm appointments, and provide customer service support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information.
  • Schedule appointments for customers in a timely manner.
  • Make outbound contact to confirm appointments and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Provide exceptional customer service support to customers.
  • Follow up with customers after appointments to gauge satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
  • Nurture leads from cold into buyers through effective communication and relationship-building.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including fluency in English.

We estimate the annual salary for this role to be around $60,000-$80,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
