Conveyancing and Estate Administration Secretary

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Conveyancing and Estate Administration Secretary to join our Private Client department in Bournemouth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our fee earners and contributing to the success of our department.
Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Providing high-quality administrative support to the Private Client department.
- Managing multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritizing tasks efficiently.
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring confidentiality at all times.
- Communicating effectively with clients and colleagues.
- Using Microsoft Office to access and input data onto the firm's case management system – Visual Files.
Requirements:
- A proven track record of working as a Conveyancing and Estate Administration Secretary within a busy Private Client department.
- Fast and accurate typing skills.
- The ability to manage a busy workload and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills, both on the telephone and in person.
- Attention to detail and ability to stay calm under pressure.
- A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
What We Offer:
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
