Merchandising Specialist

ARNE is an apparel and footwear brand/retailer based in the UK. We design and develop our products in-house, manufacture overseas, and ship directly to customers. With ambitious objectives over the next decade, we're looking for talented individuals to join our team.

Job Overview:

We're seeking a Merchandising Specialist - Shoes and Womenswear to play a key role in driving our growth. As a key member of the Merchandising department, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining the merchandise plan to align with company objectives. You will also collaborate with commercial teams to develop commercial strategies and plans.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain the merchandise plan to align with company objectives
• Collaborate with commercial teams to develop commercial strategies and plans
• Monitor inventory levels and make recommendations for stock replenishment
• Ensure best sellers reach their full potential and product risks are managed
• Control stock levels based on weekly sales and stock intakes (WSSI)
• Perform other ad hoc duties as required

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in merchandising, maths, business, or a related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software
