Job Title: Lettings Property Manager

We are seeking an experienced Lettings Property Manager to join our team at Nexus ERP. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of properties, ensuring all legal compliances are up to date, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of properties, including communicating with landlords, tenants, and contractors
  • Ensure all legal compliances are up to date, including rent recovery policies and tenancy agreements
  • Arrange and carry out property inspections and report back to landlords with feedback
  • Resolve landlord and tenant enquiries in a timely and professional manner

Requirements:

  • Lettings Property Management experience is essential
  • Great customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively with clients
  • Organisation skills and ability to prioritise tasks
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
  • IT literate and proficient in using property management software
