About the Role:
We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Recruitment Intern to join our team at SLB. As a key member of our recruiting function, you will be responsible for supporting the entire recruitment process, from start to finish.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work well in teams, and have a strong passion for recruitment and people development.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in recruitment, build relationships with colleagues and external stakeholders, and contribute to our company's mission to drive energy innovation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Organize internal recruitment activities, including assessment days and onboarding of new candidates.
  • Maintain relationships with universities and schools across Europe, promoting SLB as an employer of choice.
  • Coordinate logistics for career fairs and events, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality candidate experiences.

What You'll Need:
  • In process of obtaining a bachelor's degree or a master's degree in Business Management, or Human Resources.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer service.

Compensation Package: £24,500 - £29,500 per annum, based on experience and location.
