**Job Summary**

As the IT Manager at Splendid Hospitality Group, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our company's IT operations. You will manage a team of IT professionals, implement technology solutions, and ensure the reliability and security of our IT infrastructure.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Manage and maintain the company's IT systems, including network infrastructure, hardware, and software.

• Develop and implement technology strategies to support business growth and objectives.

• Lead a team of IT professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their duties.

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure IT solutions meet business needs and are aligned with company goals.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements, identifying opportunities to improve IT operations and reduce costs.

• Ensure the security and integrity of our IT systems, implementing measures to prevent cyber threats and data breaches.
