We are seeking a highly skilled HSEQ Advisor to join our team at ISS Facility Services UK. As a key member of our HSEQ team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our employees, contractors, and clients.

• Implement and Maintain HSEQ Strategy: Support the development and implementation of our HSEQ strategy, policy, and arrangements across the site and wider account.
• Contractor Management: Ensure contractors adhere to processes and procedures, providing coaching and guidance to facilitate compliance.
• Lead and Develop Contractor Management Office: Lead and develop the contractor management office function and staff to drive continuous improvement.
• Review and Approve Contractor RAMs: Review and give guidance on contractor RAMs to ensure they are suitable for any proposed works.
• Develop and Maintain Monitoring and Supervision Program: Develop and maintain a monitoring and supervision program for contractors on site.
• Act as SME on HSEQ Matters: Act as a subject matter expert on site HSEQ matters, including contractor management, incident investigation, culture change, and internal auditing.
• Assist in Developing and Maintaining Site Wide HSEQ Performance: Assist the Account Lead HSEQ Adviser in developing and maintaining site-wide HSEQ performance.
• Support Delivery and Monitoring of Internal and Client Audit Program: Support the delivery and monitoring of an internal and client audit program via ISO standards 45001, 9001, and 14001.

• Nebosh Construction or Above with HSEQ Experience: Nebosh Construction or above with some clear HSEQ experience.
