At Radis Community Care, we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our Supported Living team in Kempsey. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of adults with learning and physical disabilities.

As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our service users, promoting their independence, choice, dignity, and respect. Your role will involve supporting individuals with daily living skills, personal care, medication, meal times, and accessing the community and social activities.

We are committed to providing a safe and secure environment for our service users, and we are looking for someone who shares our values and is passionate about delivering exceptional care.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the needs of adults with learning and physical disabilities and be able to provide person-centered care. You will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

We offer a range of benefits, including full or part-time hours, NEST pension, excellent career progression, and fully structured support for all new starters. You will also receive full training, working towards the Care Certificate, Dementia, End of Life, and other training courses.
