As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our service users, promoting their independence, choice, dignity, and respect. Your role will involve supporting individuals with daily living skills, personal care, medication, meal times, and accessing the community and social activities.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the needs of adults with learning and physical disabilities and be able to provide person-centered care. You will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
