About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable professional to join our team at Marc Daniels Specialist Recruitment Limited. As an Accounts Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Verify and generate sales invoices in a timely manner
  • Reconcile bank statements to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Process daily bank transactions and payments
  • Prepare and send Sales Ledger month-end statements to customers
  • Process cheques and reconcile supplier statements
  • Assist with credit control and prepare weekly/monthly supplier payment runs
Requirements
  • Proven experience in Sales Ledger and general accounts
  • Essential experience with Sage accounting software
