Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sales Associate. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience, maintaining a clean and safe store environment, and supporting store operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide a signature experience for every guest by greeting them warmly, performing all cash register functions, and portraying a professional and friendly demeanor at all times.
  • Ensure a clean, safe, and visually stimulating environment by performing daily cleaning duties, maintaining store displays, and adhering to LEGO Brand Retail visual standards.
  • Safely and efficiently operate the store stockroom, assisting with receiving merchandise, maintaining the stockroom to LBR standards, and adhering to safety regulations.
