Position: Electrical Engineer

Location: London, TW4

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm

Salary: Up to £41,000

We are currently seeking a skilled Electrical Engineer to join a prominent facilities management organization. This role involves working within a prestigious environment and is ideal for an individual eager to develop their career alongside a dedicated team.

The successful candidate will be tasked with both reactive and planned maintenance duties, ensuring the operational efficiency of the commercial aspects of the facility. We are looking for a proactive engineer who thrives in a dynamic setting.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Conducting planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and addressing reactive maintenance issues
  • Performing emergency lighting tests
  • Collaborating effectively within a large team
  • Availability for overtime on weekends, approximately 15 times a year

Qualifications and Experience:
  • NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent in Electrical Installation
  • 18th Edition Wiring Regulations certification
  • AM2 certification (desirable but not mandatory)
  • Proven experience in client interactions
  • Strong teamwork, customer service, and problem-solving skills
