We are seeking an accomplished Construction Lawyer to join our highly successful team at Origin Legal Ltd in Essex. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a forward-thinking law firm that prioritises work-life balance and employee well-being.

As a key member of our team, you will provide expert advice on construction documentation, including standard forms such as JCT and NEC, and bespoke documentation. You may also have the chance to work on disputes or other development projects, depending on your background.

To be successful in this role, you should have at least 3 years of post-qualified experience in construction law, preferably in the UK, Australia/New Zealand, or South Africa. We welcome applications from international candidates who wish to relocate to the UK, thanks to our sponsorship licence.

The companies we act for typically have turnovers ranging from £5 million to £25 million, with a focus on commercial buildings and residential developments. Our clients appreciate our expertise and flexibility, which has earned us a strong reputation in the industry.
