About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Operative to join our team at Ocado Group. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our warehouse.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receiving and processing goods from suppliers, including decanting products into totes
  • Picking and packing customer orders into totes, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail
  • Loading individual totes into frames for delivery vans, and sorting and organizing totes upon return to site
  • Working in both ambient and chilled environments, with temperatures ranging from 0 to 5 degrees Celsius
  • Handling meat and alcohol products, with proper training and equipment provided
Requirements
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to lift up to 25kg weights and work on your feet for extended periods
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including days and nights
