Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join our team at a Primary school based in Hackney.

About the Role

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting children with Special Educational Needs, providing them with the care and guidance they need to thrive.

The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of SEN and be passionate about working with children. You will work closely with teachers to deliver tailored support and help students reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized support to students with SEN needs
  • Work collaboratively with teachers to develop and implement effective support strategies
  • Assist students with daily tasks, such as reading and writing
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong understanding of Special Educational Needs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
