Role Overview

As a seasoned expert in corporate real estate, you will oversee a large portfolio, making strategic decisions, and ensuring successful transaction outcomes.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Transaction management, including deal structuring, risk assessment, and negotiations.
  • Leadership of cross-functional teams, collaboration with stakeholders, and participation in project decision calls.
  • UK Business Rates management and liaison with third-party suppliers.
Essential Qualifications
  • Demonstrable experience in global corporate real estate environments.
  • Relevant professional certifications and qualifications.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Smartsheet.
Compensation Package

£85,000 - £115,000 per annum, based on experience and performance.
