Salary and Benefits
We are offering a highly competitive salary of £45,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience. About the Role
We are seeking a talented Mechanical Design Engineer to join our growing team in Birmingham. As Senior / Principal Mechanical Design Engineer, you will be responsible for leading our MEP team, developing and implementing strategies to grow the business, and mentoring junior engineers. You will also be expected to contribute to the development of new projects and services, working closely with our Director and other regional teams.

Your Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to grow the MEP team and expand our services
- Recruit and mentor junior engineers to ensure the success of the team
- Contribute to the development of new projects and services, working closely with our Director and other regional teams
- Promote a relaxed office environment while maintaining sharp professionalism in delivering client solutions
- Collaborate with colleagues across departments to deliver exceptional client solutions
