The role is in the Building Department, requiring attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
The ideal candidate will be reliable, well-organized, and able to work as part of a team.
- General administration duties
- Answering the telephone
- Diary management
- Office filing
- Working closely with Contract and Site Management
- Ordering materials
- Invoicing
- Managing a daily tracker of works
As a Repairs Planner, you will work 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
The competitive/negotiable package includes a salary, 25 days holiday + bank holidays, a pension scheme, healthcare cover, and a bonus scheme after one year.
