Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and motivated therapist to support our service in delivering high-quality outpatient individual therapy sessions.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have at least three years of post-qualification experience working with a range of adult mental health issues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide individual therapy to outpatients who require therapeutic intervention
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop effective risk management plans
  • Utilize CBT, CBT-e, DBT, or EMDR skills to support clients
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care

Requirements

  • Registration with HCPC or accreditation with BACP, BABCP, UKCP, NCPS, or ACAT
  • Previous experience working in a similar setting with adult mental health issues
  • Strong knowledge of CBT and risk assessment
