Job Details

This is a fantastic opportunity to join our team as a SEND Teaching Assistant at Horn Park Primary School.

Job Role
  • Supporting children with special educational needs in a mainstream classroom setting
  • Providing 1-2-1 support and specialist provision as needed
Visa Sponsorship

Unfortunately, we are unable to sponsor visas for this role.

Working Pattern

This is a full-time position, working 27.5 hours per week over 39 weeks per year.

Contract Type

This is a permanent contract.

Salary

The salary for this role is £27,030 - £27,438 per annum, pro rata to 27.5 hours per week.

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a SEND Teaching Assistant. As a member of our team, you will work closely with the class teacher and SENCo to support small targeted groups and individuals.

You will have the opportunity to work with a talented and committed team of professionals who are passionate about children's learning and emotional well-being.

Requirements
  • A desire to support children's learning and development
  • Good literacy and numeracy skills (GCSE C or above or equivalent)
  • Good communication skills
