Craven & Co Ltd is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Warehouse Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.
Key Responsibilities
- Receiving and processing incoming goods, including checking for damage and discrepancies.
- Organizing and maintaining a safe and efficient warehouse environment, adhering to health and safety protocols.
- Assisting with stock checks and inventory management to ensure accurate stock levels.
- Supporting the dispatch team in preparing goods for shipment, including labeling and packaging.
- Performing other warehouse duties as required, including goods-in, picking, and marshalling.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and quality.
- Ability to lift and move goods as required, with a focus on safety and efficiency.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and overtime as required.
