About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Chief Cybersecurity Product Strategist to join our team at Tesco Partners. As a key member of our cybersecurity team, you will be responsible for delivering value to internal customers and ensuring the security of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and execute the strategy for Cybersecurity in collaboration with other product managers and engineering teams.
  • Create a balanced experience for technology colleagues that enables them to prevent security flaws from the start, saving time, money, and effort.
  • Make cybersecurity easy to understand and achieve, as not everyone is an expert.
  • Contribute towards our broader cybersecurity strategy by prioritizing work and resolving trade-offs.
  • Proactively align internally within the cybersecurity team and other central teams.
Requirements
  • Knowledge and experience of product management best practice and methodologies.
  • Experience of working with software development teams.
  • An interest in cybersecurity and software security concepts.
  • Experience working with agile methodologies.
What We Offer
  • A competitive salary of £75,000 - £90,000 per annum.
  • Annual bonus scheme of up to 20% of base salary.
  • Holiday starting at 25 days plus a personal day (plus Bank holidays).
