About the Role

Clayton Davies is seeking a skilled Financial Planning Associate to support our team of Financial Advisers.

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting thorough research, accurate calculations, and effective communication to deliver high-quality client outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Undertake comprehensive research to provide informed recommendations to Financial Advisers, ensuring clients' needs are met with a good outcome.
  • Accurately perform calculations and cash-flow modelling to support recommendations, adapting approach for vulnerable clients.
  • Prepare clear and concise suitability reports and letters for Financial Advisers to provide their recommendations.
  • Draft and coordinate technical documents and research for client presentations.
  • Proactively identify potential future advice areas and raise with Financial Advisers for discussion with clients.

Requirements:

  • RQF Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (or equivalent)
  • Experience as a Paraplanner in a wealth management business

Location and Salary:

South Yorkshire (remote-based with expectation of being in the office twice per month). £45,000 + Benefits.
