About the Role:
We are seeking a qualified or newly qualified occupational therapist to join our team at St Andrew's Healthcare. As an occupational therapist, you will work with individuals with autistic spectrum disorders and learning disabilities to help them achieve their goals and improve their quality of life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and develop treatment plans for individuals with autistic spectrum disorders and learning disabilities
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care
- Conduct assessments and interventions to promote independence and participation
- Develop and implement strategies to support individuals with complex needs
