About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Pattern Cutter to join our team of experts in the luxury fashion industry. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating high-quality patterns for our clients' womenswear RTW, VIP, and fashion week collections.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create manual first patterns and make amendments to existing patterns as required.
  • Utilize various techniques, including draping, fabric manipulation, and flat pattern making, to create patterns from clients' measurements.
  • Work closely with designers and seamstresses to ensure garments meet the designers' vision.
  • Ability to work from spec sheet comments and follow through each action point to finalised patterns for grading and bulk production.
  • Participate in fittings when necessary to help fit garments.

About You

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with a passion for fashion and a strong understanding of garment construction. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Strong garment construction skills and the ability to create original shapes.
  • Solid attention to detail and the ability to support with fittings.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team.
  • Highly organized personality with the ability to multitask across changing priorities.
  • Flexibility to manage workload during peak times.
