The Change Portfolio Manager will be instrumental in delivering critical projects within our technology organisation, empowering the transformation and growth of our Energy & Commodities business. This role will oversee the portfolio roadmap, ensuring seamless delivery of associated projects, and manage project budgets effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Portfolio Business Sponsor to ensure proposed projects align with strategic objectives
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive Change Portfolio roadmap
  • Manage delivery of Portfolio objectives via the TP ICAP Change Management delivery framework
  • Track and manage project budgets within the portfolio
  • Establish and maintain portfolio governance structures in line with corporate governance standards
  • Identify, track, and mitigate risks and issues impacting the portfolio
  • Support the business through new change demand and project initiation processes
  • Allocate PM/BA resources to projects within the portfolio
  • Fulfill additional duties as required to meet business needs

Requirements:

  • Educated to degree level or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Proven track record of implementing similar programmes/projects with companies of similar size and complexity
  • Experience leading and managing multiple projects geographically dispersed
  • Strong technical understanding and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Results-oriented with personal accountability and a product mindset
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to influence senior managers
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to successfully manage multiple tasks
