Job Title: Retail Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Assistant to join our team at DCK Group. As a Retail Assistant, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and merchandising expertise within our retail stores.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Merchandise our product to visual merchandising guidelines
  • Put out deliveries of new stock
  • Maintain housekeeping standards
  • Set up promotional activities
  • Work with host management teams to build great relationships and identify opportunities to improve sales
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in a customer-facing setting is required, with fashion brands being a plus
  • Sales and/or retail sales experience is preferred
  • Access to an Apple or Android smartphone with the operating system of Android 8.1 or later or Apple iOS 13.4 or later

We offer a competitive hourly rate of £11.44 and the opportunity to work flexible hours, with no weekend working. You will be based in Birkenhead and may be required to travel to different stores within your zone. A full valid UK driving license and access to your own vehicle are essential.

We are looking for someone who is available to start as soon as possible and is able to work independently, with a positive attitude and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
