Job Summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Workshop Controller to join our Toyota Dealership in Coventry. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring maximum productivity in the workshop, liaising between Service Advisors and Technicians, and ensuring that all required work is actioned effectively and efficiently.

Responsibilities
The successful candidate will have previous experience working within a dealership as either a Trainee Workshop Controller, Experienced Workshop Foreman or Experienced Workshop Controller. You will be responsible for managing the workflow of all jobs to brand standard, managing a team of Technicians, providing focused management to the service department team, ensuring processes are adhered to, conducting regular process reviews, managing the performance of the workshop, managing and planning workshop/support resources, supporting the department team, supporting the service department, and managing the handover of complex or potentially contentious jobs.

Requirements
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to motivate and direct a team of Technicians to achieve maximum productivity. You will also have a good understanding of automotive operations and the ability to manage the workflow of all jobs to brand standard. Additionally, you will have the ability to conduct regular process reviews, manage the performance of the workshop, and manage and plan workshop/support resources.
