Our client, a leading food manufacturer based in the Shropshire countryside, is seeking a skilled Production Operative to join their team. As a key member of the production team, you will be responsible for unpackaging food products, allocating glass and plastics, and lifting and moving deliveries. You will work closely with the operations manager to ensure efficient production processes and meet the demands of a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Unpackaging food products in a timely and efficient manner
- Allocating glass and plastics
- Lifting and moving deliveries
- Working closely with the operations manager to ensure efficient production processes

Requirements:

- Happy to work in a farm environment
- Local to Bridgnorth/Need a car
- FLT Licence (Not Essential as full training given)
- Able to work in a demanding fast-paced environment
- Hardworking
- Great organisational skills
- Punctual
- Self-Motivation/Development Skills

Working Hours:

36 Hours per week
Friday, Saturday and Sunday
7am-7pm

Salary and Benefits:

£13.29 per hour
- Yearly bonus
- Overtime at £17.26 per hour after over 40hrs worked
- On site car parking
