Support Worker for Individuals with Complex Needs

We are seeking a highly motivated and caring Complex Care Support Worker to join our team at NL Group Limited. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to individuals with complex health needs, ensuring they receive the personalized care they need to live fulfilling and independent lives.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role within health and social care of at least 6 months within the UK, with relevant qualifications in Health and Social Care (e.g., NVQ Level 2/3) being preferred but not essential.
You will be responsible for assisting clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and feeding, administering medication, and supporting clients in accessing community resources, activities, and social events.
As a Complex Care Support Worker, you will work closely with our clients and their families to create and implement care plans, ensuring the safety and well-being of clients at all times.
About You- You have previous experience in a similar role within health and social care of at least 6 months within the UK.
- You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- You are compassionate, patient, and empathetic with a genuine passion for helping others.
