About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Delivery Team Member to join our team at Next. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for efficiently processing stock to ensure it is available to customers quickly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately process stock quickly and to the highest standard, including scanning, unpacking, hanging, size cubing, and putting stock away.
- Ensure all stock is presented in a visually appealing manner and placed on sales floors or in stockrooms correctly.
- Maintain operational areas of the store in a clean, tidy, and organized state.
- Provide fast and friendly service to customers from back or front areas of the store, working on the sales floor as needed.
- Work collaboratively with the store team, reporting to one of our Coordinators or Managers.
About You:
- You are a great communicator, friendly, calm, and efficient, even on your busiest days.
- You are accurate, thorough, and well-organized, with excellent attention to detail.
- You take pride in your work and approach all tasks with energy, pace, and enthusiasm.

What's Next:
As part of your application, you will be required to complete an online assessment. This will involve a Working with Numbers Assessment and a Retail Scenarios Assessment. Our in-store recruitment team will then review the successfully completed applications and contact those that match the job criteria closest to arrange an initial interview.
Requirements:
- You must not have had an unsuccessful online assessment in the last 6 months.
