As a Conveyancing Solicitor, you will be responsible for managing a diverse caseload of residential and/or commercial conveyancing matters from instruction to completion. You will ensure smooth transactions and provide expert advice to clients. Your duties will include handling sales, purchases, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity, and other aspects of both residential and/or commercial conveyancing.

Based in the heart of South Wales, they offer a supportive and dynamic work environment where your contributions are valued and your career can flourish.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Managing a full caseload of residential and/or commercial conveyancing transactions
* Liaising and engaging with clients, estate agents, and lenders, brokers and referral partners to ensure smooth progression of cases
* Drafting, reviewing and amending legal documents
* Conducting title investigations and resolving any issues that arise
* Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and procedural requirements
* To undertake fee earning work and provide a profitable contribution to the firm

**Requirements**

* Qualified Solicitor with experience in residential conveyancing
* Strong organisational and time-management skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* High level of accuracy and attention to detail
* Being able to work under pressure and in a fast paced environment
* Must have at least 3 years PQE experience
